1. The Real Estate Agent/Broker agrees to provide the following services:
– Arrange and conduct property tours for properties that meet the Buyer’s criteria.
– Provide information about the properties, including but not limited to, features, pricing, and terms.
2. Buyer and Broker agree that they are entering into a non-exclusive agency relationship.
3. Buyer represents that Buyer has not signed an exclusive buyer brokerage agreement for the Location currently in force with another broker.
4. Buyer shall not owe or pay Broker any fee for the Touring Services.
5. This Agreement shall commence on the signing date and continue until terminated by either party with written notice.
